This is Laura who asked to have a range of photos done, ranging from formal to casual to aid an application to a well known long haul airline.
On a technical point I used a Nikon 70-200 VR MkII lens, kindly on loan to me from a photographer friend. I wanted to see its already legendary sharpness, and I was amazed. The RAW file straight out of camera and into Lightroom was beyond any level of fine detail I’ve seen before. My own 70-200 lens arrived back this morning from having a service and focus calibration, and although it’s performing better than ever now, I think I’ll have to trade it in for a MkII as it’s in a league of its own!
